Phase #1 - Project Assessment
The first step in any project is outlining what we hope to achieve. In interior design this is the most important step. Our main focus is getting an accurate assessment of what the client needs so that we can make their vision come to life. For this reason, we provide our clients with a detailed design questionnaire to ensure we cover all bases.

Phase #2 - Concept Creation & Design Proposal
Now the magic begins. After analyzing your design questionnaire, Swanks team of experts will create a detailed design proposal that includes the design concept, scope of work, estimated timeline, space planning, color palette, design type, budget allocations, and service fees.
Phase #3 - Design Proposal Presentation
This next step is the most exciting for our clients. During the Proposal presentation you get to see all your ideas come to life in the form of styled imagery and detailed descriptions. We'll also go over what to expect throughout the design process, budget, and fees. During this stage of the design process, we request brutally honest feedback and curious questions to ensure we perfectly execute your vision.
Phase #4 - Furniture & Decor Selections
After the design proposal is approved, we'll handpick all furniture and decor pieces and group them into a selection catalog that reflects the desired outcome of your project. All selections will be categorized by room, along with links and pictures, for a smooth purchasing process.
Phase #5 - Order Placements
Now it's time to order all the unique furnishings and decor outlined in the selections catalog. Clients have two purchasing option. Either follow the purchasing links in the selections catalog or provide the swank team with a method of payment and let us handle purchasing.
Phase #6 - Install (Execution) Day
Now it's time to see the final vision come together. By this phase orders have been placed and the last piece of furniture has arrived. Once the client leaves the space, Swanks install team will begin arranging and styling the new pieces to get ready for the big reveal.
Step #7 - The Big Reveal (Project Completion)
We'll complete a walk-through of the finished project, go over the functionality and design of your new space, ensure client satisfaction, and make revisions if necessary.
