HOW THIS WORKS: 1. Discovery Session - After filling out your design project questionnaire; we'll go over additional details and questions. 2. Swank Brainstorm Session - Now the magic begins. Swanks team of experts will create a detailed design concept that includes scope of work, estimated timeline, design planning, scale, layout, color palette, design type, functionality, and more. 3. Design Proposal Presentation - We'll present your design concept and proposal for approval. 4. Materials & Finishes Selections - After the design concept is approved, we'll handpick materials and finishes to reflect the desired outcome of your renovation. 5. Installation & Project Management - Once renovations begin, we will oversee your entire project. We'll work alongside your contractors to ensure design quality and deadlines are met. 6. Evaluation - Lastly, we'll complete a walk-through of the finished project, go over the functionality and design of your new space and make revisions if necessary. 7. Cancellation Policy

To reschedule or cancel your booking please contact us 48 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations result in a forfeit of your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.
