Need help choosing furniture and decor to take your STR to the next level? You've come to the right place. We'll help you boost bookings and increase rates by creating a unique design concept based on your goals and ideas. WHAT'S INCLUDED: Interior Design Analysis - A deep dive into your goals and desired design style. Design Proposal - Your design concept visualized in detail. Furniture + Decor Selections - Hand selected furniture and decor from our favorite retailers. Order Placements - Place a card on file and we'll handle the rest. Installation + Styling - Installing and styling your new items to prepare for the big reveal. HOW THIS WORKS: 1. Discovery Session - After filling out your design project questionnaire; we'll go over additional details and questions to create your design proposal. 2. Swank Brainstorm Session - Now the magic begins. Swanks team of experts will create a detailed design proposal that includes space planning, renderings, color palette, functionality, furnishings, decor, and more. 3. Design Proposal Presentation - We'll present your design concept and mood board. 4. Furniture & Decor Selections - After the design proposal is approved, we will handpick all furniture and decor pieces and group them into a selection catalog that reflects the desired outcome of your project. 5. Order Placements - After approvals we'll order all your unique furnishings and decor we've selected. 6. Installation - Once all furniture and decor selections have arrived at the project location, we'll schedule an installation day(s) to begin executing your design concept and completing any finishing touches. 7. Evaluation - We'll complete a walk-through of the finished project, go over the functionality and design of your new space, ensure client satisfaction, and make revisions if necessary. 8. Cancellation Policy

To reschedule or cancel your booking please contact us 48 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations result in a forfeit of your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.
